Sigmatic OÜ provides project management service for running high-capacity projects in a complex way, covering the whole process starting from receiving the order until post installation cleaning.

 

Project management service provides full service starting from delivering the furniture from the stock or factory until the completed installation.

 

Project manager's initial requirements

• Acquire information about the location plans (how the furniture is located in the room), specifications on the quantity of the furniture and the technological drawings for installation.

• Acquire information about the installation site:

• which floor are the rooms located on;

• check the spatial limits – which openings the furniture has to pass through (elevator doors, other doors, stairs, corridors);

• unloading conditions (trestle, manoeuvre space, possibilities of using moving carts, etc);

• construction and reconstruction schedule in the rooms where the furniture is to be installed.

• Get to know the packaging system (which details, in which package, how the complete sets of the products and details are guaranteed, how the furniture will be packed, etc).

Based on the above-mentioned information, the necessary time and manpower will be calculated and the price offer will be made.

 

After reaching the agreement, our project manager starts with organizing the works:

• The project manager will draw up the delivery schedule according to which the products will be transported to the installation site, considering the production schedule and the best possible loading and installation sequence.

• Formulates the specification of furniture details for grouping them on room basis.

• Formulates the work schedule that suits to all parties.

• Communicates with all contacts connected with the project and participates in the meetings and appointments.

The project manager organizes the work in accordance with previous agreements, related technical documentation, and deadlines.

 

All the unexpected problems will be solved in close cooperation between the parties.
